Allison Cousins; Founder & Commissioner
Allison Cousins founded City League while serving as a P.E. teacher at Lafayette Preparatory Academy, where she saw firsthand that many schools in St. Louis City lacked access to organized school sports. A lifelong multi-sport athlete, Allison credits athletics with shaping her character, instilling values of leadership, resilience, teamwork, and work ethic. Driven by a passion to ensure every student has the chance to benefit from the unique experiences and community that school sports provide, she continues to lead City League with the same energy and commitment that fueled her on the playing field.
